Our Terms
We reserve the right to update and amend our terms and conditions periodically. The updated terms will apply to all future purchases. You will be required to accept the current terms and conditions every time you shop on our website.
You must accept these terms and conditions to place an order. Otherwise, your order cannot be processed.
The applicable terms are always available on our website.
Ordering
Ordering
Once your purchase is completed, you will automatically receive a purchase confirmation via email. However, the order is not approved and accepted until we send an order confirmation to the provided email address. See further details below under "Confirmation."
After dispatch, you will receive a separate email containing your invoice, tracking number, and, if applicable, a return form. Should you need to return an item, this return label must be printed, completed, and included with the return shipment. Please read more under "Returns" below.
Prices on the website are displayed in DKK and include 25% VAT. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit card to shop on our webshop. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.
Our webshop, www.tinytumult.com, is open 24/7. However, maintenance may cause temporary unavailability, which we strive to limit to nighttime hours to minimize disruption. Orders can only be placed via the website; we do not accept orders by phone or email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Before completing payment, you can edit your order or personal information. Once payment is made, changes to the order cannot be made. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our customer service promptly, and we will assist you.
If an item listed on the webshop is out of stock due to an error, we reserve the right to dispatch the rest of the order and refund the cost of the unavailable item.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order without liability for compensation in the following cases:
- The provided payment details are incorrect or unverifiable.
- An unintended error occurs on the webshop (e.g., payment error).
- There is reason to believe you are under 18 years old.
- The order appears to have been placed with the intent of fraud or other illegal activity.

All prices on the website, including product prices, delivery costs, and any additional charges, are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include all taxes, VAT, and fees unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order will always apply.
While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered, we will promptly contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
We aim to keep our inventory updated, but items listed as available on the website may occasionally be out of stock.

Confirmation
Confirmation
After completing your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as a receipt that we have received your order and includes key information such as the order number, a summary of the items purchased, and the price.
The order confirmation is not a binding acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as sold-out items, pricing errors, or technical issues.
If you do not receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service at info@tinytumult.com.
Your order is only confirmed once you receive an email containing the final confirmation, invoice, and shipping details. If an item is sold out, it will be removed from your order, and the payment will be adjusted accordingly.
Delivery
Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days. During particularly busy periods, delivery times may be longer. For pre-ordered items that are not in stock, extended delivery times may occur.
Your purchased items will be delivered to the delivery address you selected when placing the order. If you chose delivery to a parcel locker, please note that we may need to deliver to a different location if the selected locker is full. In such cases, your order will be delivered to another parcel locker chosen by the courier.
In the event of delays or missing deliveries, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@tinytumult.com. Tiny Tumult cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, such as unforeseen delivery issues with third parties or force majeure situations.
Returns
Returns
You will receive a full refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt/pick-up, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when received. You are responsible for the returned item until it is safely delivered to the designated return address. Therefore, we recommend keeping your proof of shipment and ensuring that the item is securely packaged.
The return fee is 49 DKK and will be deducted from the total purchase order amount.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you received/picked up your package.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at info@tinytumult.com.
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you simply need to return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
Warranty Claims
Warranty Claims
You have a two-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that were present at the time of receiving the product. The claim must be reported to Tiny Tumult within a reasonable time. The warranty does not cover faults, wear, or damage resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, simply return the original order and place a new order on our webshop.
To file a claim, please contact our customer service at info@tinytumult.com with a description of the defect and, if applicable, photos of the product. We will then assess the claim and, depending on the issue, offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.

Refunds
Refunds
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return a product, or if you are entitled to a refund due to a complaint, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. We strive to complete the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned item or confirm your right to a refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for depreciation, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Return costs are generally covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed or if the complaint is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective or incorrect item). However, in some cases, we offer free returns if the return is related to a valid complaint.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the receipt and status of the refund. The refund time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank, but we will do our best to ensure you receive your refund promptly.
